One of the things the camera taught me was to see the world, the same world that my eye sees, in its metaphoric, symbolic state. This condition is, in fact, always present, latent in the world around us .

Directed by Dan Martin

Caroline Crossing

The year is 1939. Hitler has invaded Poland, causing both France and Great Britain to declare war on Germany. Fearing an imminent attack, Londoners are told to start the evacuation of children to safer areas outside the city...

In the early morning hours, Caroline Price is brought to Victoria train station. Rows of anguished faces - Children are lined up in almost perfect formation, tightly clutching their most prized possessions in one hand and their mothers' arms in the other... From here, Caroline will cross the Atlantic to her final destination... America.

As the German Luftwaffe drop bombs over the city of London, Caroline struggles to accept her new home in the countryside and her new family, The Johnsons. Caroline patiently waits for a letter from her Mother, informing her that she may return to London, but as the days go by and as the war abroad rages on without any sign from her parents, she fears the worst.

Caroline Crossing is an intimate portrayal of a young girl, torn from the only home she ever knew, who must find a way to survive against the backdrop of a world at war

I had the opportunity to work on Lifetime's "Strong Medicine."  Director Katy Jelski is an actor's director and made it an incredible day. Actor Kathleen Wilhoite is an actor's actor - giving, warm, professional and fantastic!!!  (Kathy is a wonderful person too!!!)   "Strong Medicine" has an outstanding crew who made me feel comfortable and welcome.  My special thanks to the Executive Producer's, who make the set a terrific place to work and to Lori Sugar & Semone Leifer for bringing me into the remarkable world of "Strong Medicine."
